The 'bad' name of Hypnosis

Movies, theatrical shows and bad training all equate to giving hypnosis and more importantly hypnotherapy a bad name. What we don't understand we often dismiss. There are those who claim to have honed in on the quantum hypnosis or the new neurological rewiring of the brain with hypnosis, but hypnosis is hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is only as effective as the practitioner doing the therapy. This is why I always advocate that you check your chosen therapist carefully. You deserve the best.
