Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a calm, focused, proven therapeutic approach that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help change unhelpful emotional responses, behaviours, beliefs, and patterns that may feel difficult to shift alone.

During a hypnotherapy session, you remain fully aware, relaxed, and in control while we work together on a specific issue, emotional response, or behavioural pattern. 


Hypnosis is not about losing control or being “put under.” Instead, it is a natural state of focused attention that allows the mind and body to settle into a calmer, more receptive state.


Clinical hypnotherapy can help with anxiety, trauma responses, panic, low confidence, fears, emotional overwhelm, stress-related symptoms, sleep difficulties, habits, and negative thought patterns. By working with both conscious and subconscious processes, therapy can help reduce the intensity of emotional triggers while strengthening feelings of calm, safety, resilience, and emotional control.


Many people describe sessions as deeply calming and restorative. Over time, clients often notice that situations which once felt emotionally overwhelming begin to feel more manageable, allowing them to respond with greater clarity, confidence, and stability in everyday life.
