Tricias story is truly remarkable and a test to human endurance.
"My name is Tricia, and my life has been shaped by extreme trauma from a very young age. I was sexually abused throughout my childhood, and when I finally reported it as a young teen, my already‑traumatised mother had a severe mental breakdown and was admitted to a mental hospital. I was then placed in an institution where I was abused again. No one believed me.
I didn’t even know what trauma was. I spent my entire childhood and teens in constant fear, and the authorities decided I was “mentally ill” and “sub‑educationally normal.” The combination of institutional and family abuse pushed me into a life of further trauma — unsafe partners, vulnerability, and being coerced into cult groups. I was sexually abused again as an adult.
Decades of trauma left me on five different high‑dose anti‑anxiety medications, anti‑psychotic drugs, and even anti‑seizure medication. I developed non‑epileptic fits that were related to the sheer amount of trauma I had endured, and my nervous system became so damaged that I was told I would never get better.
I tried support groups, therapists, psychiatrists for 50 years— nothing helped me move forward or release the trauma. Nothing worked.
Until I met Sara.
Sara achieved more in five months than therapy and doctors managed in over fifty years. In just five months, my fits have stopped, my neuropathy is improving, and my trauma symptoms have reduced dramatically. My moods no longer crash the way they used to. My self‑harm has stopped. I no longer feel suicidal. I am off all my anxiety medication, all my anti‑psychotic medication, and I no longer need the anti‑seizure drugs I was put on because of the trauma‑related fits.
I’ve made new friends. I go out more. I enjoy life.

Since working with Sara, I’ve passed an advanced Photoshop course and become a productive, happy member of society.
Sara makes therapy understandable, safe, and even enjoyable. She works at my pace and makes sure I truly understand everything.
If you’ve tried therapy and it didn’t work — you simply haven’t met Sara. I was told I would never get better. Together, Sara and I proved everyone wrong.
The right therapist, with the right skills, can change your life beyond recognition — and in a surprisingly short time. Five months of therapy that worked where fifty years did not."
