When you've tried everything and still don't feel better.

Most people don't come to me as their first stop for therapy. They come after they've done the talking therapy, downloaded the apps, maybe tried the breathing techniques, the medication, the journaling, the mantras After reading the books of self-help - they still feel stuck. Not in every area of life, necessarily. But enough to know that something hasn’t shifted.

They say things like: “I understand why I feel this way, but I can’t seem to change it.” “I’m doing all the right things, but nothing really feels different.” “I know it’s in the past, but it’s still affecting me now.”

when you just feel trapped.
when you just feel trapped.

If you’re nodding along, that’s not a failure on your part. And it doesn’t mean you’re too damaged or too complicated. It just means the methods you’ve used haven’t reached the places that need help. Apps tend to be very generic and not specific to the individual, and breathing techniques need to be taught properly with the right method for you.

And that’s where the work I do is different.

Beyond Words: Where Real Change Happens

Talking therapy does have value. Sometimes being heard, uninterrupted, is a turning point in itself.

But when we rely solely on words, we’re asking the rational mind to resolve something that often wasn’t created in a rational state.

Trauma, anxiety, deeply held patterns — these aren't just intellectual problems. They’re lived experiences that affect your nervous system, your emotional responses, your behaviour, and even your body.

They often don’t respond to insight alone. That’s why some people can articulate their entire life story with precision and self-awareness… and still feel awful.

My approach respects this complexity — and offers something more than just, “And how does that make you feel?”

Therapy That Adapts to You

I work intergratively. That means I draw from a range of evidence-based techniques and combine them in a way that actually fits you — your history, your goals, your pace.

You don’t have to fit a model. I adapt the model to fit you.

Here’s what that can look like in practice:

🔹 BLAST Technique BLAST (Bilateral Analysis and Stimulation Treatment) is designed to target trauma that’s stuck — emotionally charged memories that haven’t been filed away properly by the brain. It’s fast, non-invasive, and often remarkably effective at shifting something that’s felt “frozen” or reactive for years. In many cases, it only takes one session to feel a profound change.

it's about finding the right balance.
it's about finding the right balance.

🔹 EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)If a memory keeps replaying — whether vividly or just as a sense of dread or tension — EMDR helps the brain digest it differently. You’re not reliving the trauma. You’re allowing the brain to reorganise the experience, so it stops feeling like it’s happening now. It’s structured, safe, and often brings emotional relief where nothing else has.

🔹 Havening This deceptively gentle technique involves touch (arms, hands, face) ) that calms the nervous system while helping the brain detach from emotional distress. It’s backed by neuroscience — specifically the role of delta waves and brain chemistry — and it’s surprisingly effective for things like anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or lingering emotional pain. You can do it yourself, or I can do it for you if that feels more comfortable.

🔹 Hypnotherapy & NLP Not stage hypnosis, but just as powerful. Not mind control, but mind changing. Just simple, focused work using relaxed attention to explore and change patterns that aren’t serving you.

You stay in control at all times. You choose what you want to include — music, drum beats, sound therapy — or just my voice and guidance. This is not about putting you under; it’s about helping you focus more clearly, guiding you gently through what needs to shift. Often, there’s a sense of energy moving — like something stuck has finally found a way out. That movement can create space inside you for past healing to settle, to soften, to integrate.

NLP works alongside this to help gently update the “rules” you’ve been living by — the ones you didn’t consciously choose, but have been following for years. Together, we make space for something better.

🔹 Reiki & Sound Therapy This is where science and energy meet. Your nervous system responds to rhythm, vibration, and stillness — often more deeply than it does to words. Sound therapy can be subtle — just a backdrop — or immersive, with frequencies and drumbeats chosen specifically to support your process. Sometimes we blend it with a touch of hypnosis to help keep you anchored and focused, while still allowing your own mind and body to do the work.

Reiki and sound can support the release of what your body is holding onto, especially when it’s hard to explain. It brings regulation and relief without having to relive the story.

Some people feel clearer. Others feel lighter. Some sleep properly for the first time in months.

But the Method Is Only Half of It

The real value isn’t just in the tools — it’s in knowing when to use them, how to combine them, and why someone might need something different to what they expected.

That’s where experience and instinct come in. I don’t follow a script. I listen — to what’s said, to what’s not said, to the nervous system, the patterns, the way someone’s energy shifts in the room, their breathing patterns. That’s what allows the work to go deeper without pushing too hard.

Some sessions are practical and focused. Others are intuitive and calming. Some involve movement or simple conversation. Others are quiet and still. It depends what’s needed — and it always moves at the right pace for the person in front of me. If i go too fast or too slow, just let me know, this is your session, your time, and it needs to be right for you. We adjust accordingly.

Not Just Insight — Progress

This work isn’t about endlessly revisiting your past. It’s about helping you move forward — with less weight, more clarity, and a sense of space to just be yourself without fear, guilt, or constant tension.

You don’t have to justify how much it hurts. You don’t have to explain why it’s still hard. You just need someone who knows how to help you navigate out of it — with skill, respect, and zero fluff.

That’s what I do.

If You’ve Tried Everything… Maybe It’s Time to Try Something That Fits You

No two people heal in the same way. That’s why your sessions with me will never feel like a template.

If you’re exhausted from trying, still hopeful something can change — even if that hope’s been buried for a while — you’re exactly the kind of person I work best with.

You don’t need fixing. You just need the right way forward.

And I’d be happy to help you find it.

👉 I offer a free consultation so you can ask questions, tell me where you’re at, and get a feel for whether I’m the right fit for you.
