I’m Sara – a two-times cancer survivor, ex-PTSD sufferer and hypnotherapist with a deep belief that change is always possible. I know first-hand how overwhelming life can feel when you’re struggling, and I also know how powerful it is when you finally find something that works. That’s why I’ve dedicated my work to helping people move from survival mode into a calmer, more peaceful way of living

Like many of the people I work with, I’ve had times in my life when everything felt too much and I didn’t know where to turn. For years, stress, trauma and anxiety shaped how I lived and how I saw myself.
Hypnotherapy and trauma training changed that for me. They helped me find my way out of chronic anxiety and PTSD, and allowed the dramas and complications of life to stop hitting so hard. That experience is at the heart of my practice: I don’t work from theory alone – I work from lived experience and years of training.

Why are my methods successful?

Hypnotherapy is one of the gentlest, yet most powerful methods I’ve found for real change. It works with the mind and body together, helping to create balance, focus and healing. It’s so effective that dental and surgical procedures can be done using hypnosis as the only anaesthetic, and hypno-birthing is now widely used to support calmer, more positive births.
For me, no other approach came close to the shifts I experienced with hypnotherapy and trauma training, and I see that reflected in my clients too.

Hypnotherapy helps you gently notice and reshape unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and habits that have been running on autopilot for years. By practising new ways of thinking and responding in a focused, relaxed state, healthier patterns start to feel more natural in everyday life.

Instead of pushing or re-traumatising, we use calm, focused states where you remain in control. This makes the work feel safe and gentle, while still creating deep shifts in how you feel and respond.

My methods draw on clinical hypnotherapy, trauma training and the BLAST Technique, all grounded in up-to-date understanding of the nervous system. That means the work is both compassionate and firmly rooted in what we know helps.

No two sessions are ever the same. I listen carefully to your story, needs and pace, and then design the work around you, not a script, so each session feels personal, relevant and truly supportive.
