Welcome to a calm, supportive space for deep healing through hypnotherapy.
Hi, I’m Sara. I’m a hypnotherapist and I work with people who are ready to gently process what they’ve been through without having to relive every detail.
My approach is calm, respectful, and focused on helping you feel safe while you move forward at your own pace.

How hypnotherapy can help
Supporting you to feel lighter, calmer, and more in control
Hypnotherapy works by helping you access the deeper parts of the mind where patterns, emotions, and habits are held. It’s a gentle process that allows us to work with what’s underneath the surface, so change can happen without forcing it or overwhelming you. Sessions are always guided, paced to suit you, and focused on helping you feel safe throughout.
Who I work with
I work with people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by anxiety, trauma, or difficult life experiences. This includes emotional distress, behavioural patterns, and mind-body symptoms that feel hard to shift. Each session is tailored, supportive, and focused on helping you feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control.
Support for people navigating anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm

Support for survivors
of sexual abuse
Safe, gentle support for healing after sexual abuse.
I offer a safe, supportive space for survivors of sexual abuse to begin processing their experiences at their own pace. The focus is always on helping you feel grounded, respected, and in control throughout the process, without pressure to share more than feels manageable.

Help with anxiety
and depression
Support for anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm.
I work with people experiencing anxiety and depression to help reduce overwhelm, ease emotional heaviness, and restore a sense of balance. Sessions are paced around your needs, supporting you in developing calmer thought patterns and feeling more stable day to day.

Specialised support for healing from trauma
Gentle hypnotherapy for trauma recovery and emotional regulation.
I provide specialised hypnotherapy for trauma recovery, helping to reduce the emotional intensity linked to past experiences. The aim is to support your nervous system in becoming calmer, safer, and more regulated over time, in a way that feels steady and manageable.

Support for other emotional and behavioural challenges
Help with mind-body symptoms, stress, and behavioural patterns.
I also work with a range of emotional, behavioural, and mind-body concerns that may not fit into a single category. This can include sleep difficulties, confidence issues, stress-related symptoms, and other patterns that feel difficult to shift. The approach is always gentle, tailored, and focused on helping you feel more balanced and supported.
Support for children navigating anxiety, trauma, and emotional wellbeing
I work with children and young people who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, withdrawn, or affected by difficult experiences. This can include emotional distress, behavioural challenges, confidence issues, and stress-related symptoms that feel difficult to manage. Each session is gentle, age-appropriate, and focused on helping them feel calmer, safer, and more supported.

MY METHODS
The therapeutic approach used is always tailored to the individual and their specific needs. A range of evidence-informed techniques may be used to support emotional wellbeing, trauma recovery, behavioural challenges, and mind-body symptoms in a safe and supportive way. Each session is adapted carefully to ensure the process feels comfortable, manageable, and focused on creating lasting positive change.
Bi-Lateral Analysis & Stimulation Treatment)
BLAST (Bi-Lateral Analysis and Stimulation Treatment) is a gentle, trauma-focused approach that uses precise side-to-side eye movements and specific wording to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories. It works with how trauma is stored in the brain, so your system no longer reacts as if the threat is still happening right now.
During a BLAST session you stay fully aware and in control while we focus on a specific memory or trigger. After treatment, most people can still remember what happened, but it no longer has the same intense emotional or physical impact on their everyday life.
Neuro
Linguistic Programming
Neuro‑Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a practical, mind‑body approach that looks at how your thoughts, language and behaviour shape the way you experience the world. It helps you recognise the patterns you’ve learned over time—stories you tell yourself, automatic reactions you fall into—and gently update the ones that no longer support your wellbeing or goals.
During an NLP session you stay fully present and engaged while we explore a specific belief, reaction or situation. After treatment, most people find they can still remember the old pattern, but it no longer carries the same emotional weight or influence. Instead, they feel clearer, calmer and more able to choose responses that genuinely fit who they are now.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, trauma‑focused therapy that uses rhythmic left‑right stimulation to help the brain process distressing memories more effectively. It works with the way the nervous system stores overwhelming experiences, so the mind no longer reacts as if the danger is still happening in the present moment.
In an EMDR session you remain awake, aware and in control while briefly bringing a memory or feeling to mind. As your eyes follow gentle side‑to‑side movements (or taps/sounds), the brain begins to “file away” what happened in a more organised, less triggering way. After treatment, people can still recall the event, but it feels more distant and settled—something that belongs in the past rather than something they’re still reliving.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence‑based approach that explores how your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations and behaviours all influence one another. It helps you identify patterns that keep anxiety, low mood or unhelpful habits going, even when you’re trying hard to move forward.
In CBT sessions we work together to notice these patterns and gently experiment with more balanced ways of thinking and responding in everyday situations. Over time, most people find that their confidence grows, their coping improves and their emotional reactions feel more manageable. The aim is for you to feel more in control of your day‑to‑day life, rather than feeling pushed around by old cycles.

SUPPORTING THOSE THAT NEED IT MOST
I’m proud to support a number of local charities and community organisations across Hillingdon, working alongside those who are often supporting people with the greatest need and the least access to therapy. These partnerships allow me to contribute to accessible, early support within the community, helping individuals feel heard, understood, and supported before challenges become more overwhelming.

Client Reviews
"Much relieved and happier.
I have to say thank you. I feel a lot better. I’m truly amazed at how much better I feel about those emotions. No one has ever come close to being able to help as much as you. You are a star. I’m also no longer grinding my teeth in my sleep.
I feel good, so it’s all tickety-boo."
C.W - Hypnotherapy Client
"Thanks Sara. I couldn’t have made it this far without you.
Sunday went really well and it felt so good eating my mum’s food after more than 11 years. I had a rising allergic reaction; however, I managed to completely halt it by going into trance myself."
S.E - Therapy Package Client
"I was quite resistant to therapy at first, but I’m so glad Sara changed my mind. I now feel fantastic and much more in control of my life.
I don’t let my anxiety hold me back anymore, and I feel able to move forward with confidence."
